• Supplier and Partner Expectations: All our suppliers and partners must adhere to our strict commitment and action against modern slavery. All suppliers and business partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding modern slavery and human trafficking. Suppliers and partners must not engage in, support, or condone any form of modern slavery or human trafficking. We expect our suppliers and partners to implement effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery does not take place in their businesses or supply chains.
• Employee Training: Our employees are assisted in and encouraged to recognize and respond to signs of modern slavery. They are encouraged to report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery or human trafficking. This ensures that everyone in our organization is vigilant and knowledgeable about the issue.
• Due Diligence: We conduct regular risk assessments and due diligence on our supply chains to identify and address any risks of modern slavery. Our due diligence process includes evaluating the risks of modern slavery, reviewing supplier policies and practices, and, where necessary, conducting audits.
• Staying Informed and Legally Compliant: We stay informed about the best practices in combating modern slavery and, if necessary, we rely on our legal advisors to gain a deeper understanding of the laws and regulations regarding this issue. This ensures that we not only comply with legal requirements but also go beyond them to uphold our ethical standards.
