Synopsys:

In the last decade, the workplace has altered tremendously. Workplaces have become increasingly mobile, from huge corporations to small startups, and have quickly shifted to an “anytime, anywhere” work mentality. The conventional 8-hour workday, with everyone seated at their desks, has  fice every day or merely come in a few days a week to attend meetings and collaborate with colleagues, on-site employees demand sufficient workspaces.

Understanding how the office space is being used is key to optimizing office space and providing great tenant experience. Sensative, WMW, and Actility have teamed up to create an evidence-based space utilization system using the Internet of Things (IoT), while Cisco has made major deployments of those solutions for US Federal Government buildings. We invite you to attend this webinar and join us on this wonderful journey.

Invisible IoT-sensors from Sensative

Sensative delivers IoT sensors with patented technology, a blend-in design that makes IoT simple for anyone to use with a 10-year battery life, and advanced multi-sensors built for in- and outdoor applications. We will show and talk about how our Strips Presence sensor can be used for desk and seat occupancy and how they are mounted invisibly under a desk, table or even a train seat.

By Fredrik Westman, Co-Founder & Business development at Sensative

Company: Sensative – Smart IoT applications with Sensative. Whether it be smart city solutions, building automation or any other type of iot applications that you want to realize, we have got the tools for your business. Our sensors, Strips, are the architects choice with the invisible design, no maintenance and lowest data-acquisition-cost (DAC). Strips multi-sensors for LoRaWAN networks with a range of up to 10km and have been deployed globally (more than 150 000 units and counting). Sensative also provides a Digital infrastructure Manamgent System (DiMS) ”Yggio” for smart cities, building and utilities in which many of our customer are already using Actility connectivity solutions. Sensative was awarded Frost & Sullivan award as the most innovative IoT-company in Europe 2021.

Operational Building Management Use Cases for US Federal Government buildings

We will explore how IoT deployments using LoRaWAN modernize US Government missions, with various use cases applied to their buildings, like presence detection and room occupancy, desk cleaning and employee health and more. Safety and efficiency improvements have become major concerns for governments and the public sector around the world, but security concerns and scalability issues need to be addressed as well for them. The major benefits of LoRaWAN, Actility and WMW address these concerns, and we have learned many valuable and practical lessons in these deployments.

By Michel Harttree, Federal IoT Architect at Cisco

Company: Cisco Systems, Inc., commonly known as Cisco, is an American multinational technology conglomerate corporation headquartered in San Jose, California. Multipurpose IoT platform including building management

WMW is a framework technology to build IoT apps for customer needs. Because of its unique agility it can create the solution exactly as the user wants it and tailored to its processes and organization without spending large development budgets. The efficiency of the framework translates into the efficiency the market is seeking by implementing IoT solutions. The platform has added a desk management solution with the Sensative device to its portfolio in no time and will present multiple use cases for it. You will see location management including floorplans and seat identification, active live statuses, historical data in analytical formats, etc. in a live demo.

By Bert Vanaken, Founder & CEO at WMW-Hub

Company: The WMW platform gathers, processes and analyzes data collected from people and things. Review, predict and prevent situations and act accordingly! Optimize, increase and become more efficient! WMW is a hub where you combine your operational data with information provided through sensors and people. The hub acts as a single user interface to collect, visualize and manage all assets over various locations and use cases. Everything you want to know about your assets, people and external services can be linked digitally to your organization. WMW can be part of a dedicated end-to-end solution or serve as the single point of operation for multiple sensors, projects and sites.
